Everything You Need to know In brief

Read my clients comments and feedback from past 8 years

Why are my prices cheaper

Firstly , these prices are a temporary crisis offer , doing my bit as I am entitled to government bail out
I am semi retired and have de-registered from VAT as annual sales below £85,000 per year 20% saving
In addition I work at home in a log cabin workshop , no rent rates or staff to pay
Advertised prices are based on cast signet rings, cost on average £100 less than stampings

During this crisis period I am individually sand casting every ring to order if below 7.78 grams & marking inside 925-month-2020, Heavier rings I have limited stocks of hallmarked blanks until they run out !

Why do I not advertise die stamped signet rings

If you want the best and can afford to pay for it there are plenty of other suppliers offering die stampings as standard in conjunction with hand engraving I can highly recommend LondonSignets , Rebus or Dexter.
I on the other hand believe that the technique I use for making cast signet rings in some ways is superior as they are cast to order in your finger size, are generally heavier and cost less.

Die stamped rings usually on request , £100.00 additional charge

Why do I offer only laser crest engraving

Again if you can afford to pay on average £300.00 for a crest engraving + the cost of a die stamped signet Rebus and Dexter are possibly the best in the country offering over the counter hand engraving services.
My laser engraving technique is on average HALF THE PRICE because although it takes me as long if not longer to engrave one crest , I reserve the right to re use every design I engrave & the repeat engravings that I use it for makes up for the discount applied when ordered

GOLD RINGS : Sorry at this time I provide only sterling silver , no other metals catered for , no plating.

How long will my order take

Initial and masonic rings and all talisman stock designs dispatched within 5 working days , crests and Coat Of Arms up to a maximum of 14 working days , all posted by Royal Mail 1st class standard post to UK only

I do NOT offer a money back guarantee WHY ?

I believe in getting it right first time , because of this I do not advertise lightweight cheap rings for you to order in error, I send a photo of the finished ring prior to packing & I double check the finger size

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with my workmanship , post back within 7 working days for a replacement , however there may be a charge if you request a change to the finger size , or if you have ordered an incorrect face size as this can not usually be altered , and will require a re make.

One of the other reasons I do not supply a money back guarantee is also the same reason I do not accept overseas orders , I simply would receive more orders than I can handle , therefore I can afford to turn away orders and need not gamble my time dealing with Royal Mail claims or Paypal claims for refunds. Only 2 parcels have gone missing in 10 years and both re-appeared a long time later .

Paypal seller & buyer protection

Buyer protection : Paypal  standard UK rules apply
